The Circuit design needs to be drawn in DesignSpark 7.2. this is a freeware which has a lot of features. However, in order to be able to use the pcbFactory tools, there are limitations :
Circles and rounded circuits in Designspark will not be rendered correctly.
Only standard traces and pads will be rendered.
It is important, when you create your designspark circuit to choose the following options :

Click next
Click next
Click next
You can now draw your circuit.
Please be aware that the script will only support simple circuits : circle boards, complex forms or any advanced features will just not work.
Be sure to untick the “Circle” tickbox
Once your design is finished, you can export the design in ODB++ format :
Once you are happy with your circuit, you can export it to a ODB++ folder :
Please note that the board size will be calculated by calculating all the objects on the drawing, including the "Errors" objects, or any text that would be drawn outside the board :
Ensure that nothing is drawn outside the board, and remove the errors before you proceed with the export :
click the error management icon on the left
Click "Delete Errors"
You can then safely export the odb++ folder :
Click Output/ODB++
To genee
It is critical to ensure that the “compressed” option remains unticked.
We want to generate a folder, not a zip file.
This export process will generate a folder containing many files.
