This phase can be started only when the support has been printed, and the copper clad is in place on the support.

Before you start, it is recommended to verify that the gcode files are up to date and that calibration is correct :

Launch the \pcbfactory\generategcode.vbs script

Then, run the \pcbfactory\output\1_Calibration\Pen_CheckCalibration.gcode file without the pen tool installed.

Install the Pen tool in sliding mode, and verify that the Pen tool is touching precisely the P0 position.

Update any calibration settings if the pen tool is not precisely touching the P0 position.

Remember to relaunch the \pcbfactory\generategcode.vbs script after each recalibration script.

Once the calibration is correct, you can print the circuit :

To print the top layer, print the  file :

   \pcbfactory\output\4_Etch-Coating\CoatingExtruder__copper_top_+_copper.gcode

To print the bottom layer : print the file :

   \pcbfactory\output\4_Etch-Coating\ CoatingExtruder__copper_bottom_+_copper.gcode

If you need both sides, simply turn the copper plate between the 2 print tasks…

When you turn the copper plate, turn it right to left, not top to bottom.

When the circuit is printed you can etch the pcb using.
